I /love/ Format Factory.

It's free, safe, not amazingly fast, but it converts in HQ. :3

It'll convert anything to anything, and I thought I'd share this, sense people lately have been complaining about video formats.

Can it convert to good quality HD as well?

I use AVC, but HD conversion quality is way bad Sad HQ is okay though Rolling Eyes
